Aside from the core file upgrade and bug fixes, one of the most noticeable change is the removal of the Frequent Shipper Script in the Frequent Shipper Verifier page. We decided to have this removed in a public page and be available only to registered users. This will not only strengthen the website’s security but as well as the Frequent Shippers.

The second major update is the addition of 3 (three) restricted pages. These pages are exclusive to ERIM Express’ Frequent Shippers.

Request A Pickup Page

This is an online booking form. Frequent Shippers can use this form as an alternative to phone call and text message requests. The system will generate a Request ID that can be used as a reference for concerns and other related maters.

Create Waybill Page

As the title implies, it is in this page that a Frequent Shipper can create and print waybill. All waybills created in this page are automatically pushed to our database. Please note that this will not schedule a shipper for a pickup. The Frequent Shipper still needs to fill up the pickup form for he/she to be booked/scheduled.

It is advised to update your Profile before you use this form.

Update Profile Page

This page contains the Frequent Shipper’s basic information. The Frequent Shipper can change the name he/she wishes to appear in his/her Frequent Shipper Seal in this page.

All these features are still in its Beta stages. And we are still in the process of developing more applications and services to make your experience fun and pleasant.
