  • Do you pick up packages?

    Yes, we do. Please contact us for booking schedule.

  • What is your cut-off for booking?

    For main Cavite areas – 2PM on Mondays to Fridays and 11AM on Saturdays
    For Maragondon, Indang, Amadeo, Alfonso, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Mendez and Laguna (ERIM’s Coverage) – Monday to Friday 12nn and Saturday 11am.
    For Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu Lapu City, Talisay City, Toledo City, Minglanilla, Consolacion, Danao City, Cordova, Liloan Cebu – 2PM on Mondays to Fridays and 11AM on Saturdays

  • What are your areas of coverage for pick up?

    Whole Cavite, San Pedro, Binan City, Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, Calamba and Los Banos Laguna.
    For Cebu: Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu Lapu City, Talisay City, Toledo City, Minglanilla, Consolacion, Danao City, Cordova, Liloan Cebu.

  • Do you have minimum number of package for pick up?

    We don’t have required number of package per pick up. As long as you are within our coverage, we shall pick up your package free of charge.

  • What are the services offered?

    Currently, ERIM offers the following services:

    • Nationwide delivery
    • International delivery – EMS, Registered and Standard Mail
    • Bulk Shipping – air and seafreight (Local and International)
  • How do I pay?

    Payments can be made upon pick up of your package, or you may opt to pay through the following means: GCASH – 0906-5134667 ; bank transfer through BPI and BDO only.

  • How can we track our shipments?

    You can track update on your shipment through our website. Just log on to http://erimexpress.com/tools/tracker/.

  • Can we request supplies before hand? What are your packaging materials?

    Yes, you can request supplies in advance, just call our hotline number and our customer service officers will be happy to assist you. We only provide 2 sizes of plastic pouches. The dimension of the large pouch is 10 x 14 inches and the small pouch 8 x 11 inches. We do provide plastic pouch and waybills.

  • What is the transit time of the shipments sent through ERIM?

    Transit time for Domestic shipment is 1 to 2 business days, 7 to 15 business days for International Postal Mail. 3 to 7 business days for EMS. And 2 to 4 business days for International Express.

  • Do you have item restrictions?

    ERIM Express does not accept the following items.

    • Briefcases and security type attache cases with installed alarm devices; or lithium batteries and / or pyrotechnic material;
    • Explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares;
    • Gases (flammable, non-flammable, deeply refrigerated and poisonous) such as camping gas and aerosols;
    • Flammable liquids, such as lighter fuels, lighter refills, paints, and thinner;
    • Flammable solids and articles which are easily ignited; substances liable to spontaneous combustion; substances which in contact with water emit flammable gases;
    • Oxidizing substances (such as bleaching powder and peroxides);
    • Poisonous (toxic) and infectious substances such as bacteria, virus cultures;
    • Radioactive materials (such as smoke detector, radioactive pharmaceuticals, etc);
    • Corrosive (such as mercury which may be contained in thermometers, acids, alkalies and wet-cell batteries);
    • Disabling devices (such as mace, pepper spray etc. Containing an irritant or incapacitating substance);
    • Magnetized materials and miscellaneous dangerous goods as listed in the IATA Dangerous Goods regulations.

    • Can be accepted provided with proper documents

  • Do you offer insurance for the item?

    Yes, we do offer insurance. Valuation charge for Nationwide delivery is, First Php500 is Php15, add-on per Php500 is Php5.00. For Postal and EMS, no insurance available for these 2 services.

    For food and fragile items (electronics, glass items, and the like), the insurance is for lost package only.

    Damages incurred during shipping is not included on the insurance.

  • What if I don’t insure my package is it got lost?

    If the item is not insured, ERIM’s liability will only be limited on the shipping cost of the package.

  • Do you have maximum weight of package per pick up?

    Yes, we do have maximum weight. The maximum weight is up to 30kg. For 15kg and above, it is highly recommend that you inform us before hand, since our main mode of pick up is motorcycle.

  • How would I know how much will I pay for the package for delivery?

    Our couriers have weighing scales with them. Upon pick up, they shall get the actual and volume weight of your package, the chargeable weight is based on whichever is higher between the two.

    Volume weight is computed by multiplying the dimension (length x width x height) of the shipment based in centimeter, divide by 3,500 for local delivery and 5000 for international. Once the weight of your package is acquired, logon to http://erimexpress.com/rates/ for our rates

  • What is the rate for international shipment?

    We have 3 kinds of services for international: Postal Registered Mail with transit time of 7 to 15 business days; EMS with transit time of 3 to 7 business days; and International Express with transit time of 2 to 3 business days. For rates, you may check this link or call our office.

  • What is my Frequent Shipper’s Code

    Frequent Shipper Seal needs a Frequent Shipper’s Code. Frequent Shipper’s Codes are usually composed of first letter of first name followed by last name of the shipper. To illustrate, Juan Dela Cruz is JDELACRUZ.

    In some cases, ERIM uses the shipper’s shop name without spaces and special characters. One example is JUAN STORE, his shipper code is JUANSTORE.

  • What is Shipper’s Crib?

    Shipper’s Crib is an online shipping solutions that lets the user manage their logistics needs with ease. Follow this link for more details.

  • Do I need to register to Shipper’s Crib before I can book for pick up?

    No. You can still book pick up by calling our office, but if you want to encounter the total ERIM experience, we do suggest that you register.

  • How can I book online?

    You need to log on to your Shipper’s Crib, then on the left side of your screen you’ll find the “Request a Pick up” tab. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation on your registered email address.

  • I can’t book a pick up online, what should I do?

    Make sure that your computer is well connected in the internet. All Shipper’s Crib features needs constant and steady connection to function as they are intended to. For connection problems, please contact your Internet Service Provider.

  • How do I create waybill through Shipper’s Crib?

    Log on to your Shipper’s Crib, then on the left side of your screen you’ll find the “Create Waybill” Tab. You just need to fill out all fields, and then save.

  • I have created and printed the waybill through Shipper’s Crib, do I still need to write on the waybill given by the courier?

    No need , just give the printed waybill to the courier.

  • I can’t view waybill I created, what should I do?

    You will need Adobe Reader to view waybills created online. You can download a copy from their official website: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

  • When are email notifications received?

    Email notifications are notifications sent to your consignee’s email address indicating that a waybill was created. This would also notify your consignee every time there’s a movement on the status of your package. A valid consignee email address must be provided upon creation of waybill through Shipper’s Crib. Not applicable to manual waybills.

  • My Frequent Shipper Seal does not update my total shipment count, please help…

    Try pressing CTR + F5, this should clear your browser’s cache and load the most recent copy of seal from our server.

  • Can I change the name that appears on my seal?

    Yes. Just log on to Shipper’s Crib. On the left side of your screen you’ll see “Profile” Tab. Look for the “Display Name” field. Type the desired name that you want to appear on your seal.

  • What does the medal icon on my Shipper’s Page represents?

    This serves as your rank. For every 500 shipments, you get one medal.

  • What is the Address Book for?

    The address book lets you keep record of your consignee’s details. Best for recurring consignees. Creating waybills and shipping labels are just a few clicks away.

  • Can I schedule a pickup to different addresses?

    Yes. You can inform us the location of your shipment by using the Notes field in the Request a pickup form.
